A Certified Coach, Licensed HeartMath Provider and Accredited Facilitator in Emotional Intelligence, Jo-Ann also has degrees from University of Toronto and McMaster University.
As a speaker, trainer and coach, Jo-Ann has worked with hundreds of athletes, leaders, and organizations in Calgary and across North America over the last two decades. Some of the sectors that have called on Jo-Ann to offer coaching and training include engineering, forestry, pipeline, oil and gas, municipalities, and energy.
Jo-Ann works on her own resilience by getting outdoors on her mountain bike, singing loudly and frequenting walking paths with her family and friends.
Steve has held progressive positions in talent management and executive leadership development over the past 20 years.
Steve was the General Manager of a multi-national training organization in the USA that delivered training to Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies.
Steve returned to Canada and joined SAIT as a Corporate Learning Advisor, then moved to Director of Executive Education, University of Alberta School of Business, followed by corporate roles as Group Lead, Talent Management at Encana Inc., Director Talent Management at Enbridge Inc., then as Associate Vice President of Talent Management for Canadian Tire, FGL Sports and Marks.
Steve has a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and is a Certified Executive Coach.

With extensive private, public, and NFP sector experience, Robynn incorporates her learnings as an Executive Coach Certified in Conversational Intelligence® to support her clients by leveraging the Neuroscience of Conversation® to build trust and create the conditions for innovation to emerge. Complimenting her advanced coaching certifications, Robynn holds a Master of Education in Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, as well as being a TOTALSDI Facilitator, Supporting LinesTM Practitioner, and well versed in the LEADS framework.
Robynn is, in no particular order, an educator, mother, wife, community builder, yogi, and all-around lover of life, committed to the never-ending work required to be a better human.
With over 20 years developing and leading diverse teams, Leitha is has built a career on training, inspiring and cultivating staff, volunteers, executives and boards. Having experience in private corporations, small non-profit organizations and large public institutions across North America, her passion is working with individuals and teams to identify ways to strengthen culture, promote wellness and address systemic challenges for greater productivity and happier workplaces.
Leitha’s personal areas of passion include emotional intelligence, personal leadership, healthy organizational cultures and personal wellness and resiliency.
As a life-long learner, Leitha has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Mass Communications from York University and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive.
In her free time Leitha loves to travel with her family and friends, go hiking and camping, read and try her hand at anything that enables her to express her creativity.
