One-on-one executive coaching is one of the most effective ways to help leaders develop the skills they need to inspire, enable and lead high performing teams. Coaching helps leaders work through issues that impact their team’s engagement with the goal of creating action plans to move forward.
A typical coaching engagement involves the following;
1. Brief meeting between Coach/Coachee to discuss expectations and goals
2. The Coachee completes a questionnaire to provide work background
3. Depending on the coaching focus, the Coachee has an option to complete a leadership assessment
4. Coach and Coachee create a schedule to meet, usually every 2-3 weeks.
