Refund Policy

Development session, event or conference tickets are eligible for refunds only for 7 business days after purchase. After 7 days, tickets may be reassigned by the original purchaser subject to notification with Real Leader Development Inc. 

Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend a development session, event or conference.

How to request a Refund 

1. Contact Real Leader Development Inc. at steveb@realleaderdevelopment.com to request a refund

2. Refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days

Canceled Events

If you purchased tickets online or over the phone, no additional action is needed, 

1. You will be notified that the event is canceled

2. Your refund will be processed automatically to the same card used for purchase

3. Refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days after the event has been canceled

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

When events are postponed or rescheduled; 

· You will be contacted via phone or email with the new event information as soon as we are updated

· Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date

Delivery

All services purchased shall be considered completed upon successful attendance of the development session, event or conference. Delivery of tickets will be done through electronic transaction to personal email as designated by the purchaser at the time of the transaction.
